Hans wants you to enjoy the smallproduction of this truly handcrafted Pinot Noir at its full potential and like with a Grand Cru Burgundy this means an additional few years of bottle ageing. We have done this in our winery under perfect condition without the heavy price tag that normally would come with it. This Pinot Noir is now ready to be enjoyed but will age beautifully over the next decade.
